As the Regional Lead for Global IT Operations, you are responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and managing IT systems for internal users across various locations. Your role includes oversight of IT account management, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, network troubleshooting, and infrastructure monitoring. Additionally, you will lead and support a geographically diverse IT team, managing both incident resolution and operational tasks to ensure continuous service delivery and adherence to ISO 27001 and cybersecurity standards.
