• Supervise and coordinate the execution of BTL campaigns and ensure retail locations are properly “dressed” with promotional elements (vinyls, structures, displays, POP materials).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and third-party vendors.
• Identify and select promotional materials and displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
• Coordinate operational and installation teams to execute store activations.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all physical touchpoints.
• Administer and control allocated campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Create executive reports and presentations that include performance metrics, photo documentation, and field audits.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify execution quality and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in BTL campaign execution or trade marketing, preferably in telecommunications agencies or projects.
• Proven knowledge of physical marketing materials and store installation (vinyls, structures, fixtures, visual merchandising).
• Strong skills in budget management and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (professional reading, writing, and speaking skills).
• Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and preparing visual and data-driven presentations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various retail locations as needed.
