The main activities for an Accountant are:
Preparing monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
Interact via email and phone to review the financial statements with the client.
Review vendor invoices received daily.
Input data and descriptions associated with each invoice into the system.
Ensure payment of priority invoices.
Clearly communicate any cash flow concerns to the HOA board and other accounting team members.
Distinguish between vendor payments that qualify as operating items versus reserve expenses.
Ensure that reserve expenses are paid from the correct account.
Assist with annual budget preparation.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Daylight saving: 9:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time
Regular Schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time

Minimum requirements
Around 2 years of experience as General Accountant, Staff Accountant. General Ledger.
