Job Title: IT Support – ERP Implementation

Job Summary:

American Cable is embarking on a major ERP implementation project, requiring an IT

professional with strong expertise in software implementation and user support. This role will

play a crucial part in the deployment of a new ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition and

effective adoption by employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the new ERP system.

• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth software adoption.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues during and after implementation.

• Train and support end-users in understanding the new system.

• Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to ensure project success.

• Document system changes, process improvements, and best practices.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to improve system functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering,

Business Administration with IT focus, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and IT support.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

• Experience providing technical support and training to users.

• Familiarity with business processes and workflows related to ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Knowledge:

• Extensive understanding of ERP systems implementation and support.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with business processes and workflows in ERP environments.

• Knowledge of IT support best practices and system administration.

Working Conditions:

• Position based in Philadelphia, United States. The assignment is limited to a maximum of 3 months, and the employee will be required to return to Mexico due to visa restrictions.

• The stay in the United States, including accommodation and transportation, will be fully covered by the company.
