About the role
This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Industrial Engineering. Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives and participates in the documentation of operations and procedures to ensure timely completion. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to improve Industrial Engineering effectiveness.
- Maximize the utilization of human resources on production lines.
- Standardize work processes across production lines.
- Improve hourly production rates on production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of production line capacity.
- Cost optimization and management of productivity projects.
- Optimization of human resources on production lines.
- Creation and maintenance of work standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (including layouts and process flow).
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing (standardized work, SMED, VSM, line balancing).
- Knowledge and experience with problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, Red X).
- Green Belt certification, with experience in implementing a real project.
- Experience in resource capacity analysis.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma.
- Microsoft Office.
- Availability for full-time work.
- Master's degree (desirable).
