The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently, the ability to determine a candidate's potential through prescreening. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned kpi's.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience recruiting for different roles operative, admin, and/or financial roles

Experience recruiting in the US market is a must.

Conversational English - Advanced

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

High energy and passion for recruitment

Demonstrated ability to meet KPI's

Responsibilities

Attracting candidates through sourcing 80% and job posting 20%

Initial contact with candidates

Conduct first interviews via videocalls remotely

Create and maintain a pipeline in Excel or ATS of eligible candidates

Submission of viable candidates to branches

Follow up with candidates

Support hire process when needed.

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and Managers.

Meet weekly KPIs related to calls and emails
