Administrate strategies and policies related to Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Incentives, etc)
Develop, manage and communicate KPI´s that support business and HR decisions.
Support HR Leadership on strategic projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with Global Total Rewards policies.
Your Role:
Conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support development of compensation and benefit strategies.
Manage variable remuneration
Lead annual Total Rewards
Participate and contribute to global or regional initiatives and projects.
Perform Compensation analysis for internal movements) and external.
Education:
HR, Business Administration or related.
English.
Experience
10 years in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, incentives
Knowledge of Compensation systems.
Project management.
Working in a senior reward role.
Designing total compensation packages to support talent management.
Designing and implementing innovative and tax effective compensation and recognition packages that have had a clear, measurable impact on organizational performance.
