TOTAL REWARDS EXECUTIVE MANAGER IN PUEBLA.

Purpose:

• Administrate strategies and policies related to Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Incentives, etc)
• Develop, manage and communicate KPI´s that support business and HR decisions.
• Support HR Leadership on strategic projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with Global Total Rewards policies.

Your Role:

• Conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support development of compensation and benefit strategies.
• Manage variable remuneration
• Lead annual Total Rewards
• Participate and contribute to global or regional initiatives and projects.
• Perform Compensation analysis for internal movements) and external.

Education:

• HR, Business Administration or related.
• English.

Experience

• 10 years in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, incentives
• Knowledge of Compensation systems.
• Project management.
• Working in a senior reward role.
• Designing total compensation packages to support talent management.
• Designing and implementing innovative and tax effective compensation and recognition packages that have had a clear, measurable impact on organizational performance.
