COME AND JOIN OUR BUSINESS AS:
TOTAL REWARDS EXECUTIVE MANAGER IN PUEBLA.
Purpose:
- Administrate strategies and policies related to Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Incentives, etc)
- Develop, manage and communicate KPI´s that support business and HR decisions.
- Support HR Leadership on strategic projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with Global Total Rewards policies.
Your Role:
- Conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support development of compensation and benefit strategies.
- Manage variable remuneration
- Lead annual Total Rewards
- Participate and contribute to global or regional initiatives and projects.
- Perform Compensation analysis for internal movements) and external.
Education:
- HR, Business Administration or related.
- English.
Experience
- 10 years in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, incentives
- Knowledge of Compensation systems.
- Project management.
- Working in a senior reward role.
- Designing total compensation packages to support talent management.
- Designing and implementing innovative and tax effective compensation and recognition packages that have had a clear, measurable impact on organizational performance.
