We are located in Parque Industrial El Marqués, Querétaro.

We are looking for a Support Engineer in digital solutions.

Profile:

• Software Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical.
• 3 to 5 years' experience with MES systems or integrated process software, production optimized for IT. Very good knowledge of IT/server/cloud technology (MS Windows Server, SQL databases, EDGE Computing).
• Service attitude, Effective communication, Teamwork, Conflict management.
• Advanced English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service.
• Provide support to customers in the implementation and maintenance of ENGEL digital solutions.
• Installation, commissioning and training of manufacturing execution systems and remote service systems with our customers.
• Provide the highest level of support during operation (e.g. assisting users with software issues, troubleshooting).
• Maintain customer and product documentation.
• Support, feedback and product development.
• Work closely with global product management to promote product requirements.
• Support the R&D department in bug fixes and quality assurance.
