A major international manufacturing company is seeking a "FINANCE MANAGER - COMPTROLLER" with experience in production plants.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (qualified) or Master's degree in Finance.

· Tax and audit certificate.

· Certified by the Spanish Association of Accountants.

· More than 5 years of experience in financial and/or controller positions.

· More than 5 years of experience in the manufacturing or electrical engineering industry.

· Advanced conversational English.

· Experience as a controller in an electrical and mechanical manufacturing plant.

· Experience in taxes, accounting, financial statement management, and budgets (must have a signature for submitting these documents to the appropriate authorities).

· Experience with financial tax strategies.

· Knowledge of SAP.

· Valid passport and VISA (preferably).

· Have the following certifications: CA, CMA, CGA or CPA (essential).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Control and ensure liquidity for the operating business, as well as the company's strategic development.

· Preparation and timely submission of all local, state, and federal tax documentation.

· Support in the implementation of product costing in accordance with group governance.

· Forecasting and budgeting.

· Coordination and implementation of the manufacturing company's ERP (SAP).

· Ensure and supervise control systems.

· Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and controls at the plant.

· Ensure the implementation and monitoring of internal inventory controls.

· Coordinate internal and external financial audits.

· Control the addition and disposal of fixed assets.

· Prepare financial reports and analyses to support operational and financial management.

· Follow up on production reports, work orders, material consumption, etc.
