New Project Introduction advice on Mechanical Parts to customers;

Sourcing, Liaison and Evaluation of New Manufacturers / Suppliers;

Research, select and purchase quality parts and materials for factory

-RESPONSABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

Sourcing and Evaluation of New Manufacturers / Suppliers in Mexico or other countries.

Research, select and purchase indirect material for production and office.

Assist HK team for electronic parts PO and delivery.

Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.

Evaluation of New Manufacturers or Suppliers (from Purchasing / Quality / Cost / Delivery / Service perspectives).

Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.

Work with HK/China team to control delivery to ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.

Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

Data Entry to ERP system as necessarySuppliers quality control and suppliers management with score card system.

Regular cost reduction scheme to suppliers and keep a recordCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues all over the world as necessary.

Doing system input for every delivery. Assist HK team for build plan, delivery and US Kanban management.

According to PMC's requirement to purchase raw material for production.

Work with HK/China team to handle customers' inquiriesWork with HK/China team to prepare Cost Estimation Report per Customers' BOM(s).

Work with HK/China team to track orders to ensure timely delivery.
