What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional phone service to patients
• Schedule medical appointments with care and precision
• Manage clinic emails & support requests
• Follow established customer support procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Attend team meetings (Mon-Fri 8:45 am PST) and collaborate with colleagues

What You Need

• Fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) – Required
• 6+ months of customer service or outbound call experience
• Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google products
• Empathy, proactiveness, and strong communication skills

Work Schedule

• Full-time (40-44 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST
• Note: This is a full-time role; no part-time or dual job arrangements are available.
