Legal Supervisor

Position Mission:

Supervise and ensure the negotiation, compliance, and proper drafting of contracts in Spanish and English, applying the regulatory framework of the energy and hydrocarbons sector. Provide legal advice to minimize risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen the company's strategy.

Requirements:

• Law degree / Specialization in International or Energy Law preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in Corporate and International Law, Contract Management, and Internal Legal Advisory, with responsibilities in supervising and managing legal matters, including contracts, litigation, and internal counsel.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Control: Manage contracts, litigation, and legal advisory for the Supply subsidiary, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analysis & Review: Assess legal documents, contracts, and litigation to ensure compliance.
• Process Execution: Implement legal tasks and coordinate dispute resolution and contract management.
• Decision-Making: Resolve conflicts and define legal strategies based on thorough analysis.
• Requirement Handling: Respond to internal and external legal inquiries.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports on contracts and legal consultations for management.
• Audit Compliance: Address audit requirements and ensure timely and complete information delivery.
