Educational Level:

Completed degree in economic-administrative field.

Experience: Not a mandatory requirement, as training will be provided in the work area.

Essential Knowledge:

90% proficiency in English

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work with numerical data and perform analysis

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring and management of claims

Analysis of claims data across various accounts.

Continuous communication and negotiation with Underwriters, Adjusters, and Reinsurers for claims resolution.

Recovery of claims through reinsurance.

Assessment of claims to determine coverage.

Preparation of electronic files for each claim.

Updating information in databases.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
