Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations team by processing new ride requests, entering new drivers into the system, calculating district pricing and driver pay, managing audits, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations team by processing new ride requests, entering new drivers into the system, calculating district pricing and driver pay, managing audits, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
- Process new ride requests and cancellations from schools, districts, and other partners.
- Enter new drivers into the system.
- Calculate district pricing and driver pay based on clear formulas.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly audits of our routing software.
- Collect and maintain accurate databases of school calendars and compile monthly reports.
- Cancel routes and adjust timing based on school calendars, informing drivers of any changes.
- Investigate and respond to invoice and district ride concerns.
- Ensure driver payroll accuracy and respond to related inquiries.
- Maintain regional compliance for all local drivers.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with remote work and data systems (Google Suites, intermediate Excel).
- Ability to process and enter large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with the team and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Airtable and Tripmaster is a plus, though training will be provided.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Comfort with numbers and basic use of formulas for calculating pricing.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
