The Customer Engagement Specialist position contributes to every step of the full-cycle project.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Account Management expertise to guide customers through their solar experience, using negotiation and de-escalation skills to turn challenges into positive outcomes while maintaining trust and confidence.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, contributing to a seamless customer journey.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and workflows, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- During inbound or outbound calls, build lasting relationships by actively listening, confirming or clarifying information, and ensuring customer energy needs are met. Your goal is to create positive, trust-based experiences with every interaction.
- Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications:
- 1+ experience in a customer service or customer experience role.
- Professional English domain (C1+)
- Exceptional communication prowess, both verbal and written, with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and relevant tools.
- Highly proficient with applications such as MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign, and Hubspot or similar.(Is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
