Our client's over 30 years of experience have made them one of the leading property and community association management companies in the HOA and Real Estate field. They are based across the Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas areas and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.
As a Property and Condominium Manager, some of your main activities will be:
- Supporting either a portfolio of Financial Only accounts or smaller client accounts where meetings can be attended virtually.
- Overseeing community maintenance, vendor follow-up, and client interface.
- Acting as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents in the execution of the established policies and the conveyance of resident requests and grievances.
- Providing fiscal management, including but not limited to reviewing and approving invoices, coordinating tax preparation, coordinating reserve studies, and reviewing completed financial statements for accuracy.
- Preparing for and attending Association Meetings, including but not limited to: annual, turnover, and Board.
- Preparing Board meeting packets, agendas, minutes, and action lists in accordance with company policy.
- Supervising Elections and other procedural tasks on behalf of the HOA.
- Maintaining current knowledge of governing documents, applicable state statutes, and local ordinances that apply to each assigned community.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday
Regular Schedule:
- 10:00 AM. - 7:00 PM. CST MEX.
During US Daylight Saving Time:
- 9:00 AM. - 6:00 PM. CST MEX.
- THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.
WE OFFER:
- MXN 30K - $38K Gross monthly (according to prior experience and skill set).
- Remote Work and equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and Headset).
- 12 days of Vacation at the year mark.

After the first 3 months:
- Minor Medical Insurance.
- Food vouchers (MXN 2,724 per month).

Minimum requirements
- Advanced English Skills.
- Full-Time Availability.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Association Manager, Property Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar positions.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).
- Experience with Budget Planning and Control
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Advanced MS Office 365 knowledge.
