Pre-Boarding Support Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in HRIS systems, Workday preferred
- Knowledge of employment and hiring practices and regulations, industry practices, products and methodologies
- English C1
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serving as preboarding support and services in a faced paced environment for various client groups
- Day to day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations and program/event support (including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).
- Provides a positive customer experience for functional stakeholders, external candidates, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services.
- Continuous communication to People Leaders to ensure positive hire experience within preboarding and beyond, ensuring new hire has a warm welcome.
- Operate within the compliance guidelines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in background check review
- Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters
- Experience in customer service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
