Requirements:

Financial Management

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of money to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for its daily operations.
• Bank Account Management: Manage the company's bank accounts, including opening, closing, and reconciling accounts.
• Financial Planning: Develop and oversee the implementation of short- and long-term financial strategies to ensure the company's economic stability.
• Investments: Manage the company's investments to maximize returns and minimize risks.
• Investment Management: Plan and direct the company's investments to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Compliance and Control

• Tax Compliance: Ensure the company meets all its tax and regulatory obligations, including the preparation and submission of financial reports.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as fluctuations in exchange and interest rates.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain and manage strong relationships with banking and financial entities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Reporting and Communication
