As an Administrative Assistant for Finance, the key responsibilities are:
Manage the transfer of HOA account information during transitions between management companies.
Communicate with stakeholders (homeowners, vendors, etc.) to ensure smooth transitions.
Respond promptly to calls and emails and organize electronic files.
Read financial reports, update systems, and keep records of communications.
Review and process invoices.
Research and resolve homeowner issues, follow up on requests, and handle paperwork.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday
Standard time: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time
Daylight saving in the US: 6:00 to 3:00 PM Mexico City time
Fridays
Standard time: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mexico City time
Daylight saving in the US: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mexico City time

Minimum requirements
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
Basic knowledge of Accounting principles (understanding of debits and credits, reading financial statements, journal entries. reading and recording invoices in ERPs)
Experience working with AP or supporting back-office activities in an accounting department.
Feel comfortable working with different deadlines.
Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to critically think in fast-paced environment
