The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder & Executive Director by handling administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. The EA will manage scheduling, communication, donor relations, and logistics, allowing the Executive Director to focus on leadership and mission growth.

Requirements - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong experience in email and calendar management, CRM systems, and donor relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Zoom.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities - Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and prioritization of key engagements.
- Email & Communication Management: Triage emails, draft responses, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
- Fundraising & Donor Relations: Support donor pipeline management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain donor and partner records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Project & Program Support: Assist with program coordination, meeting notes, and operational follow-through.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Handle documents, expense tracking, and process optimization to improve efficiency.
- Strategic Support: Provide insights, research, and preparation for key meetings and initiatives.
