SUMMARY OF ROLE
Customer Service Manager will manage all work being performed by the Customer Service Representative.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for directly supporting the Outside Sales Representatives both locally and nationwide from quote to order shipment.
o Be able to translate customer requirements to internal systems and processes.
o Have knowledge of and the ability to read customer specifications/drawings.
o Experience of order entry systems and how they work.
• Liaison between customers and manufacturing
o Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to manage cross departmental efforts to meet customer requirements.
o Interface with customers via phone, fax, or email to negotiate pricing on new and repeat order.
o Interface with planning /production for material availability, order status, material samples, etc.
o Complete and return customer open order reports.
o Process new and repeat quotes
o Assist customers in material selections.
o Process customer cancellations
o Process expedites and/or status checks for production.
o Generate RMA's and follow through with customer correspondence.
o Keep track and follow up on quote status' with customer base
o Management of Kan Ban reporting and systems.
o Participate on Customer Satisfaction Survey
o Do different Sales Reports.
• Nidec Vision, Mision and Values Quality Policy & Quality Objectives Quality Systems
• 6S+Security Security Policy Industrial Security Ethics & Compliance
• Procedures and other QMS documents related to Accounting process and its interactions.
• Type 30+ WPM, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have knowledge of and the ability to read customer specifications / drawings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Qualifications
• Education International Business Degree, Industrial Engineer Preferrable
• English Advanced Desirable
• 3 or more years inside sales/customer service or related experience Desirable
• Autonomy in decision-making
o Ability to act on their own, without relying on support and supervision from others.
• Written communication.
o Ability to transmit ideas and opinions clearly in English and Spanish.
