Job Overview:

As a Senior Textile Designer, you will design and develop mattress cover fabrics that meet consumer specifications and incorporate the latest trends. You will work closely with production, sales, and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mattress fabrics that meet market and consumer requirements.
• Generate fabric design orders and maintain design files for production.
• Create open-line and custom designs for clients, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
• Plan sample production, adjust designs as needed using EAT software, and monitor sample finishing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Sales) to support the end-to-end design process.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer complaints related to design and prepare technical datasheets.
• Present designs and digital sample previews to clients and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in industry trade shows to keep up-to-date with trends and represent our company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in textile design, with a focus on home textiles or mattress covers (Plus)
• Proficiency in design tools: EAT, Monarch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pantone color matching.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken). You will have contact with the USA team
• Strong understanding of textile properties, pattern creation, and project management.
