JOB DESCRIPTION
Inside Sales Agents coordinate the sale and supply of spare parts and replacements for Baumer hhs adhesive application systems, internal inventory control of the division within Baumer Automación, and compliance with related contractual obligations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spare parts supply management
- Monitor stock levels and proactive inventory control and management.
- Ensures the coordination of NOM certification in the spare parts that are necessary.
- Coordinates with customs agents and carriers, national and international, the supply of spare parts and components until delivery to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Coordinates the delivery of spare parts and systems, necessary for interventions, in coordination with Field Service Engineers and sales representatives.
- Purchases and orders of spare parts and related items from the parent company of Baumer hhs and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinates Baumer hhs component exchange and repair programs.
- Coordinate warranty claims between customers and Baumer hhs
- Quality control of the parts received.
- Management of tools and office supplies.
- Keeps updated the SAP B1 management system and the reports required by management, accounting, and headquarters.
SKILLS
- You must present yourself and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the client and the company.
- Proficiency in computing in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Strong knowledge in ERP systems
- You must have the motivation and ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- Experience in inventory administration and management.
- Experience in international trade operations.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional tasks specific to the workplace, department, or line of business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Legally eligible to work in Mexico.
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade, or some other related field.
- Experience in inventories and supply chain.
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge in ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language.
