Customer Care Representative - Portuguese
Office Location: Querétaro.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in a professional call center.
- Create trouble tickets through telephone hotlines or emails, answer customer inquiries, handle and follow up customer complaints, and provide customer care.
- Call back and care for existing or former customers by phone and email.
Working Experience Background:
- Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate, Portuguese-speaking;
- Customer service experience will be preferred;
- Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills;
- Be able to adapt to shift work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
- Has the ability of data analysis.
- Has power electronics related experience will be better.
Computer Skills:
- Familiar with excel , word processing and basic.
Language Skills:
- English.
- Portuguese.
- Spanish.
