WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel.
The Customer Service Representative will have a direct impact on our Sales, Supply Chain and Quality groups, responsible for:
· Processes orders and provides account management for established customers including delivery negotiation, expediting and order status communication within an industry and geographical location
· Answers phone / email inquiries received from customers
· Provides inside support to external sales team
· Handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of Channel Credit Analyst
· Perform other duties/projects as assigned

You will bring Customer's satisfaction with well demonstrated success in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Experience in SAP is preferred
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
· Ability to travel up to 5 %
