Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
C1 English Proficiency Level
3 years of Experience in People Management
Quality tools: Root cause analysis, Cause and effect diagrams, Histograms, Control Charts, Lean Six Sigma YB tools, Client Quality Guidelines
Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt or COPC (desired)
BPO Experience is a plus
