Join a dynamic, fast-growing company dedicated to advancing medical research and enhancing patient care. The company is currently seeking a motivated and bilingual Patient Recruiter. This role is primarily responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to identify, engage, and enroll potential study participants. The ideal candidate will collaborate with study teams and sponsors to develop and implement recruitment plans, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to study participation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage potential study participants.
- Perform follow-up calls to maintain engagement and encourage participation.
- Screen potential participants using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria to determine eligibility.
- Educate potential participants about study objectives, procedures, risks, and benefits in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with study participants, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and execute patient recruitment plans for multiple clinical trials in collaboration with the study team and sponsors.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in patient recruitment to optimize strategies.
- Perform other tasks as required to support the recruitment process and overall study success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or any field related to Social Sciences/Health.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare-related field is desirable, or an interest in the medical industry.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet software.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and present recruitment data effectively while maintaining accountability for daily activities and results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
- 5 days per week (availability to work Saturdays or Sundays), 2 days off per week.
