Intugo, in partnership with an international company specializing in comprehensive legal counsel and personalized immigration solutions, is looking for talented professionals to join our team. Our mission is to help clients define and achieve their American dream with confidence and security through high-quality immigration services, including work permits, residency (green card), temporary visas (such as T and U visas), and VAWA applications for spouses and parents.

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful management of client cases. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate teams, timelines, and resources effectively. The Site Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines.

Profile

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with the clients and team, ensuring clarity and understanding in both languages for accurate and efficient service.

- Proven experience in managing on-site operations or projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including task delegation and performance monitoring.

- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, for stakeholder updates.

- Basic technical proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

- Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and shifting priorities (preferred).
