Responsabilities and duties:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
Develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Control resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Measurement and analyzes Kpi´s, (Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Essential Duties and Responsabilities:
Experience 2 years in a similar rol and environment (Credits, banks)
Experience in customer service 100%
Ability to provide and receive constructive performance insights.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
