Descripción
Job Objective:
Manage and optimize post-sales service for strategic projects and contracts, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), strengthening client relationships, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) in post-sales service management.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure service satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze service KPIs, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
- Lead client follow-up meetings and define action plans to improve service delivery.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify optimization opportunities in service operations and support contract renewals for key accounts.
?Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in post-sales service management, service coordination.
Strong knowledge of SLA management, Customer Experience KPIs, and service contract administration.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
