Location: Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtemoc, Mexico City (On-Site)
Campaign Start: Monday, March 10th.

Schedule
?10 hours a day: includes 1hr lunch and two 15min breaks (8:30 hours worked per day)
? Weekends off!!!
MANDATORY AVAILABILITY
Operations' service window:
7AM to 7PM / Mon-Fri
As a Mortgage Representative, you will:
? Communicate with customers regarding their mortgages and arrange payment solutions.
? Maintain accurate records of interactions.
? Provide exceptional customer service and support.
