Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately answer customer queries.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
