Description

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately answer customer queries.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
