About The Role
This role is responsible for Regional communications support of all internal communication projects ensuring consistent and effective communications to employees in the region. This position has a working knowledge of the regional internal communication channels and may work with the regional leadership team in applying technical skill and specialized communication knowledge that benefits the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborates closely with corporate communications team to execute regional communication strategies that align with the company's goals and priorities.
• Executes strategies that support employee attraction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Supports the regional communication efforts to create a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Connects with stakeholders within the defined region regarding employee sentiment and morale and report to Corporate Communications team
• Creates and delivers regional communications and messages for internal audiences.
• Supports communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed about company developments, initiatives, and performance.
• Supports internal communication strategies that ensure employees are well-informed about the company's strategic direction, achievements, and important updates.
• Utilizes various communication channels, including written materials, presentations, social media, and digital platforms, to disseminate messages to different stakeholders and aligned to the region strategy.
Skills required:
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in communications, public relations, or a related role, with a focus on internal communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and business analysis
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
• Strong people skills
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience (3-5 years)
