to benefit the medical community at large.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize, build, and deploy email campaigns using Sermos Email Service Provider (ESP).
Performance Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze email campaign results, database health, and industry trends. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data insights to develop and implement recommendations for enhancing all aspects of email campaigns, including creative assets, internal templates, and testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing, subject line testing).
Client Engagement Strategy: Partner with leadership to establish and optimize a best-in-class client engagement strategy. Tailor strategies to support Sermos diverse product offerings and solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to address internal and external challenges. Provide support in problem-solving and workflow improvement initiatives.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on promotional email initiatives. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
*Exceptional communication and relationship management skills built on a customer-centric philosophy
*Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, and deliverability
*Advanced degrees a plus
*3-8 years experience working with customer relationship management tools or email service provider software
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment where tight deadlines are common
*General understanding of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA and other email/SMS compliance regulations
*Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge and thoughtful QA process
*Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
*Proficiency in using Email Service Providers (ESPs) and email marketing platforms
