Job Title: Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Location: Sayulita, Mexico (On-site, full time roll)

Job Description:
This is an entry-level position under the direction of Senior Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate account reconciliations, optimizing current processes and supporting both Senior Management and the accounting team.
At SelectCom, you will:
- Process high-volume revenue transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle credit card transactions and perform reconciliation of credit card statements.
- Prepare regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Record journal entries and prepare detailed account reconciliations.
- Manage intercompany accounts across multiple entities.
- Maintain a solid understanding of accounting cycles—revenues, expenses, payroll, and cash controls.
- Generate reports and projections on the accounts, expenses, and income behavior.
- Record and analyze processes to look for areas of optimization.
- Provide administrative and executive support
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Business Management (or equivalent).
- Experience processing high-volume transactions with a focus on data integrity, contract compliance, and streamlining business processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are appreciated, including the manipulation of large data files.
- Highly organized, with excellent compliance, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Availability to work 8 hours daily onsite, with preference for 8 am to 4 pm working hours.
- Intermediate to Advanced English
