This role is being responsible for the one or more domain of credit risk management. For the responsible domains, the director is responsibile for design the overall structure and framework of Credit portfolio, lead the team to construct the underwriting, understands how to evaluate and analyze policies, able to tell the pros and cons of each version.
The Director is also responsible for jointly approving credits with other Senior Officers within designated limits, and as a Senior member of the Credit Department, And in the end, being responsible for the portflio of including size and profitability.
In this role, you'll be...
Responsible for the size as well as quality of the domain portfolio;
Leading the credit commercial risk team;
Responsible for one or more domains of the credit risk underwriting policies;
Responsible for designing the structure and framework of the underwriting policy;
Understanding how to evaluate the efficiency of policy by implementing test/control strategies;
Understanding the market standards, and then be able to make decisions based on both information.
