Descripción
Responsibilities:
•Gather and verify candidate information for hiring (identification, tax forms, banking details, work permits).
•Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before hiring.
•Maintain an organized file system with employee documentation.
•Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations.
•Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding salaries and compensation.
•Calculate employee compensation based on worked hours according to the work schedule.
•Review employee information before separation and ensure completeness and accuracy for the final paycheck issuance.

•Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, integrity, communication skills, emotional intelligence, follow-up and control and planning and organization.
Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
•Technical Knowledge: ERP Systems, ADP Payroll Software, Intermediate Excel skills and Advanced English proficiency.
