We are looking for:

Senior Financial Analyst (Material Controlling)

Objetive :

Material and Inventory Controlling, providing qualified analysis on Material Consumption and Inventory Stock Levels

Main Task:

Perform Planning of P&L Material Consumption, based on material requirements, and do necessary analysis to comprehend Material variations (Purchase Price deviations, Change of BOM, errors on costing on SAP, FX rate, product mix, insourcing/outsourcing effects, directed components effects, and others).

Provide reliable material analysis between Planned and Actual Material Consumption, together with inventory changes. In order to comprehend and define further corrective actions.

Perform product material analysis of Actuals Material Consumption in the P&L against costings.

Perform and analysis SAP Material Ledger for month end processes, execute monthly costing runs and perform prechecks for material month end processes (COGIS).

Monitor and be the internal audit for year-end inventory counts at plants, cycle counts; report stock levels and inventory turns.

Provide all documentation for Year-end Audits (Inventory Levels (Raw Material, WIP, FG, goods in transit), Cost of sales, level of purchases, inventory adjustments (Inventory adj due to year-end inventory counts at plant, scrap, obsolete).

Analysis of Scrap, Obsolete Material and Inventory Differences and work closely with Logistics to define recommended provisions based on available documentation.

Monitor material consumption/logistic related provisions (Obsolescence, scraps, inventory differences etc.)

Perform standard costing and creation of costing views due to the creation of new materials or engineering changes.

Profile:

At least 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis in the Area of Material Consumption / Inventory Control - Material Ledger (SAP) preferable

English Advanced

Strong Analytical Skills

Strong Comunication Skills

SAP Costing CO-PC, Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) (specific for BOMS), Finance (FI) (specific for valuation area and accounts for inventory valuation)

SAP Material Ledger or similar
