Plant Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records and operations of a manufacturing plant, including tracking production costs, overseeing budgets, analyzing variances, and providing critical financial insights to support operational efficiency and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.

• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing operations and familiarity with production processes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., Acumatica).

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross -functional teams.
