Sr. FP&A Analyst
Remote position

We currently have an excellent opportunity for Sr. FPA Analyst to join our organization at our Matamoros, Tamaulipas location. This position is responsible for financial analysis and support for our global business, focusing on our SGA and Capex and its meaningful analysis to be presented to the top management.
Job Responsibilities:
·Analyze financial and operational results and forecasts, complete robust financial bridges, and provide key business and financial guidance.
·Understand key business drivers, track KPI's and maintain score card.
·Propose and create solutions for process standardization and improvement.
·Review and analyze various financial statements, reports and turn it into insights and actionable items.
Perform various ad hoc variance analysis.
·Perform research and analysis in special projects.
·Review business analysis by synthesizing information from multiple data sources for business decision making and strategic planning.
·Expertise is using/applying advanced excel formulas.
·Experience on working with big data models to analyze large data sets and excel based data sets.
·Manage the consolidation of complex data, perform accurately and timely a complex analysis of business performance, interpret results, and summarize opportunities for quality improvement and share the meaningful insights which are causing the deviations.
·Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for organizational planning and operations.
·Present the monthly results in cohesive and value-added perspective, offering insights and highlighting priority focus areas.
·Embrace a continuous improvement culture, being able to enhance current way of working and preparing information.
Skills:
·Advanced financial analytical skills, with ability to used data, facts, and knowledge to bring insights that challenge and influence the business.
·Ability to understand market and competitive dynamics, and ability to identify financial and commercial responses.
·Good knowledge of Power BI report/Power BI data modelling.
·Advanced proficiency in excel, vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint.
·Oracle, SAP knowledge preferred, HFM/EPM reporting is must, high learning agility.
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics e.g., MBA Finance; CA/CMA – Inter/Final.
- 7-10 years of FPA analyst experience.
