Group of Premium Private Schools invites you to participate in the Recruitment process for the position of Academic Coordinator responsible for leading and overseeing the academic program within the Early Childhood Division for the next school year (2025 - 2026).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in a Preschool or Early Childhood setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership, coordination, or mentoring role within a school environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development, early learning frameworks, and pedagogical best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

JOB OBJECTIVES

To lead and support the academic and pedagogical development of the Preschool program, ensuring high-quality teaching, student well-being, and collaboration with the academic team and school leadership.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Design, implement, and monitor the academic plan for the Preschool division, ensuring alignment with best practices and institutional standards.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to support teacher development and instructional quality.
• Guide instructional planning, encouraging child-centered methodologies, differentiated instruction, and inclusive strategies.
• Monitor student academic and socioemotional progress using appropriate assessment tools for early learners.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to address academic concerns and support student development.
• Lead teacher meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, health and safety protocols, and internal policies specific to early childhood education.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Preschool staff members.
• Promote a positive, collaborative school culture focused on student well-being and educational excellence.
• Work closely with other Academic Coordinators and School Leadership to ensure alignment, coherence, and continuity across grade levels and programs.
