We are currently looking for a skilled Warranty Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible
- Assist the National Warranty Training Department on warranty issues affecting service managers, service advisors, warranty administrators and fixed operations managers.
- Reinforce the implementation of the Anomalous Repair Control (ARC) program.
- Knowledge of coding and submitting claims; troubleshooting claims issues.
- Analyze claims sent for review applying policy to ensure correct payment.
- Utilize analytical tools, including claims analysis database, to identify offline conditions and recommend solutions.
- Review warranty controls and advise group on effectiveness of filters.
- Understanding of dealership processes and application of same for analysis and recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership fixed operations and warranty compliance policies and procedures.
- Follows and delivers a proven training strategy as well as warranty training to dealerships to support their claims submission and goodwill processing
Technical Skills
- Aftersales Warranties experience is a must
- Highly motivated, good interpersonal soft skills
- Fast learner
