Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in English
• Work experience: at least 5 years at similar position/activities in automotive industry
• Car's driver license and passport

Soft skills requirements:

• Good stress tolerance and communication
• Ability to adapt to long-term business trips in Mexico and neighbouring countries

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BYD dealer service store and competitor service store secret visits
• Regularly feedback research results
• Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of the issues found in visits
• Responsible for PDI and after-sales issues and follow-up, facilitate rapid implementation of improvement projects;
