?The Industrial Engineering Manager requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across various operations.
Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience in automotive industry / experience as Engineering Manager and minimum 5 year experience in electrical engines,
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (10 years) in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization, project management, and team leadership.
Experience managing production line transfer projects and/or new production line installations
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, MATLAB) to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
Knowledge in product and project costing / budgeting
Able to substitute General Manager if necessary
