Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of base engine systems, ensuring performance, quality, and reliability.
•  Act as the technical point of contact for engine hardware issues, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage engineering change processes and ensure 3D models are up to date.
• Support cost reduction, warranty, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with vehicle, aerothermal, and cooling system teams.

Requirements:

•  5+ years of experience in automative engine systems, calibration, component release, or program management.
•  Background in powertrain, transmission, or adaptation components.
•  Proficiency in NX, Teamcenter, MATLAB, and Microsoft Excel.
•  Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
•  Experience with engineering change processes and cost reduction initiatives.
