The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the Management System within the organization, including three chemical production plants. The primary role is to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as to manage operational and regulatory risks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the Quality Management System across the chemical production plants, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
Supervise and optimize the application of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, ensuring certification and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations applicable to the chemical and service industries.
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring proper application of quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve quality performance.
Map and digitalize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with quality and safety standards.
Manage documentation and ensure traceability of the Quality Management System across all production plants.
Lead training, awareness, and quality culture programs for personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Coordinate and supervise emergency response plans, aligned with regulations and safety standards.
Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, ensuring the quality of products and services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the chemical industry or manufacturing, focusing on quality, safety, and environmental management.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Mexican regulations and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) applicable to the chemical sector.
Languages:
Advanced English (mandatory).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
