TIPE OF VACANCY: AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY

Main objective:

• Apply the Activities defined in the Quality Improvement plan to achieve Customer Satisfaction for Quality

Responsibilities:

• Know and comply with specific automotive client requirements (GM, Stellantis, VW, MB, etc) that impact the area's activities

• Know the impact of their activities on product quality and their remuneration in the quality system

• Receive, analyze and respond to all Customer complaints (using the Customer portal)

• Represent to the Client regarding Quality matters

• Review, analyze and establish action plans to improve performance before our Client (BSC, PPM, guarantees,...)

• Be the leader to carry out and receive audits according to Client requirements

• Initiate QRQC, participate in containment and validate how robust containment actions are, for internal and external problems

• Annually update and validate documentation to maintain Product and Process Approval (PPAP, CPM, as called by the specific Client)

• Provide support to the APU managers and the site manager in the analysis of the issues assigned in the QRQC

• Update, analyze and improve customer returns and non-quality costs by tracking them with quality graphs in your UAP

• Throughout the UAP QRQC, ensure that standards are respected and that “Stop at first defect” and “Stop at first NO” are applied

• Implement and ensure that the use of the 1st part release is oriented to meet the critical characteristics of the Client, mandatory of the company and Client interfaces

• Validate engineering changes to the product and process before they are implemented, respect the 4M matrix, give notice to the Client if required, approve the FDPR and update the affected Quality documents

Professional Experience:

• Bachelor´s Degree
• 3-4 years in Automotive Company in Quality

Technical Competences:

• QRQC/ IATF 16949/ Customer Quality Interfacing/Core tools/ AMEF/GD&T/PDCA
• English (Intermediate-Advanced)
