Prepare advanced Bill of Materials on Fire Suppression Engineered and Pre-Engineered Systems for customers.
Create and maintain advanced applications specific design and installations drawings and instructions.
Consult with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
Provide answers to technical questions from distribution, field sales and other customers.
Gain customer acceptance by explaining system operational improvements.
Provide installation assistance to distribution on suppression systems.
Represent the Technical Service Department on project teams as necessary.
Assist Quality Assurance and Risk Management teams with warranty claims.
Monitor, Influence and provide guidance on applicable industry codes and standards.
Review literature to assure technical correctness prior to release to the field.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
What we look for:
Bachelor degree in Technology or Engineering preferred or similar background through education or related experience.
2-3 years of work experience in the above mentioned activities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (must)
Work schedule 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
