What you will do:

• Prepare advanced Bill of Materials on Fire Suppression Engineered and Pre-Engineered Systems for customers.
• Create and maintain advanced applications specific design and installations drawings and instructions.
• Consult with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Provide answers to technical questions from distribution, field sales and other customers.
• Gain customer acceptance by explaining system operational improvements.
• Provide installation assistance to distribution on suppression systems.
• Represent the Technical Service Department on project teams as necessary.
• Assist Quality Assurance and Risk Management teams with warranty claims.
• Monitor, Influence and provide guidance on applicable industry codes and standards.
• Review literature to assure technical correctness prior to release to the field.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

What we look for:

• Bachelor degree in Technology or Engineering preferred or similar background through education or related experience.
• 2-3 years of work experience in the above mentioned activities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (must)

Work schedule 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
